The build up above can allow underfloor heating pipes to be incorporated into the 75mm fibre screed layer. This can be increased for thermal mass use. To be able to achieve an energy efficiency rating of ‘B’ or higher a 150mm, at least, Kingspan insulation board may be needed. |
